Incomplete. Only packed in plastic and no battery holder cover.
I should have rated 4 or 5 if the item has been packed in its box as shown in the photo. Also, there's a missing piece, the battery holder cover. A return was supposedly requested, however, I cancelled it since our daughter is already excited to play with it. I would be delighted if the missing part will be sent to us soon. Thank you.

The size of the bird is pretty decent and good quality but it does not recognise the sound until you speak closer to the Mike on the bottom. Moreover it repeats quarter words and super annoying. It's just more of a display piece than an actual speaking parrot!
