These are special made storage boxes and bags capable of blocking the key fob signal.So we purchased this item to protect our automobile key fob signals from being picked up or read. This particular box we bought is well constructed and of good quality material. It looks very nice and unobtrusive on a small table where we keep our car key fobs near a door. So it fits right into the atmosphere, and doesn't stand out.We tested the box first by getting into our vehicles and trying to start them with the key fob in the box. We made sure to close up the lid. It worked perfectly as advertised. The box protected the key fob signal from being seen/read/recognized and neither vehicle would start. We got the same result when testing our key fobs placed inside each bag and it's velcro flap closed. This is exactly what we wanted to know because with the key fobs securely enclosed in the box or in the bags, the signal cannot be read or cloned. If the box or bag is left open, there is a small chance the signal could be scanned so remember to keep them closed.

Works well I wasn't able to access our vehicles from outside when the were in the box. We mostly keep our spare fobs in the box We use the pouch for our every day keys when we come home. We stick the fob in the pouch

Love it, but as a three car family, there was not enough room for 6 fobs. Easily accommodated 4 fobs. The two individual fob carriers are very nice but a little large. Recommend the larger faraday box size if you want more room for wallets and such. Picture shows 4 fobs. Anymore makes it unable to close. Quality is good.

No way to prove whether this box works, except that we store up to 5 key fobs and our cars have not been broken into.The box is a value and looks nice on the counter. The bonus individual cases are nice for spare keys that I keep in our safe

The box is great, I tested it and it worked great and the key fab hold is also greatThey both work

Latch is cheap, box is okay. I was able to unlock my car with the phone in the box (phone uses bluetooth i believe). It does block the key fob which i presume is a much weaker signal.

The pouches that came with this really impressed me. The box is a nice size. I am very happy with my purchase

Fit my keys well and work as expected. I put my keys in the box and both sleeves and went into my car to try to start it and it wouldn't turn on so I know they aren't giving out signal in either. The box looks nice too.

Unable to unlock or start with keys in box or pouches

Faraday box quality is pretty good, can store at least 12 remotes keys. Size of the two small pouches are good for 1.25" x 2" remote keys. Not a good idea to keychain in bags, so rather without it. First day all tests are passed, will update when it starts failing to block signals.

So, the box looks good for the price and nicely fits 2 sets of keys. I tried it today - I took it out to my car and with the keys in the box, I couldn't unlock the car. It seems to work. I hope that it still works as time goes on.
