The device works well and the service was professional and prompt (Payel Ghosh) from the service team was adept and dealing with the query and resolving it on time.

Extremely happy with the service support team . Product stopped working after 4 months . I lodged a complaint for the same .The service support team arranged a technician call and after all phone conversation and a detailed video call they told that blades are not working ,since it was within warranty period they would replace the product .And yes within 3 days the product got replaced and new one working fine . Absolutely amazing service support team of Agaro .

The product is good and it's also easy to clean and provides mess free blending. Additionally, the customer support executive at Agaro Ms. Payel Ghosh was extremely helpful throughout the process of buying the jar for the blender. She guided me through every step and even confirmed about the delivery of the product which was very nice.
