I am very satisfied with AGARO customer care service. I faced an issue with my blender, but their support team handled my complaint very professionally and quickly. Actually the blender that was received initially stopped working after a few days. Then I contacted their customer support and Ms. Anusmita handled my complaint thoughtfully and professionally. After a few calls including some video calls she was convinced with my complaint and made arrangements to get a replacement sent to me. I appreciate her support and her efforts to get the replacement sent. The product is good and very useful to make smoothies

Writing this review after 6 months. My blender stops working after 6 months of usage. The main issue is with the motor of the blender. Any amount of water can damage the motor and it is not repaiable. Hence, there is a fault in the product designe since, you have wash the product and clean it property and the battary and motor part is fixed which cannot be seperated while washing and any time if not carefull some water may go in the motor part and the motor will stop working. hence, the company should modify its designe so that the motor part can be detached while cleaning. Hence, before pruchasing keep it in the mind. Now, regarding the customer care and after sales service in this case the company is very promt and excellent resolution. the customer care and after sale service is excellent. They replaced the product with another new one although my product was within warrantay period. But still cutomer ccare service is excellent from this company

I ordered a agaro portable blender, two months back, it's glass jar was broken, then I ordered a glass jar alone through customer care, there was a quick response from the team, within a week I received the product and it fits well with the portable blender, happy with the purchase 👍

The device works well and the service was professional and prompt (Payel Ghosh) from the service team was adept and dealing with the query and resolving it on time.

Extremely happy with the service support team . Product stopped working after 4 months . I lodged a complaint for the same .The service support team arranged a technician call and after all phone conversation and a detailed video call they told that blades are not working ,since it was within warranty period they would replace the product .And yes within 3 days the product got replaced and new one working fine . Absolutely amazing service support team of Agaro .

Today I received the agaro blender, everything is working fine, I will use it now.
