The product itself is fine when it works. But since the day it came it has not been charging. So after the battery ran out after about 6 uses, it’s been a dud. The customer care is a joke.My final conversation with them was that they will take it back for checking and will revert in 20 days. But no courier has been assigned and they have stopped replying on mail.

I used the product for around a year, it's good, value for money. Do the job perfectly. Battery is the weakest part. Battery deteriorate too quickly, compared to philips, but I am more happy with Bombay shaving company than philips. Next also I will buy the same product 👍

Motor is of small turning torque . Machine stops frequently, when it jams or encounters a hard object...plastic quality is cheap and feels insecure...might break off, even greater pressure is applied.Have 2 be careful for running this item.Would suggest to look for alternatives for long term

The media could not be loaded. trimmer body is strong, blades are easily detachable and attached, charging speed is good, working for a long time. skin par koi cut nahi aa raha hai , safe to use hai, blades bhi sharp hai, no hair pulling or hair stuck feel. design is good to easy to hold hai. overall a good product.

This is a single purpose device that fails to do what it's supposed to do. You have to perform multiple passes and even then it won't get all the hair. I bought it over the skullshaver purely because it's an "Indian" brand. My go to head shaver is a Braun and compared to this it wipes hair off the head. Extremely disappointed. Shame to see "Indian" startups FAIL to compete when it comes to product quality or design.Its extremely disappointing but the sad fact appears to be thay Bombay Shaving Company is a trading outpost for cheap Chinese knockoffs.Skin feels raw after using it. Eventually I had to give up and use a Gillete Fusion razor to get the rest of the hair. Waste of time and if this is what they are doing, trading cheap Chinese knockoffs with packaging then this company will not be around for long.I have ordered a replacement but do not have high expectations. The overall look and feel of the product is cheap and spending any money on it is money down the drain.Don't use it even if they give it to you for free, let alone pay any money for it.

I bought it for my father, and he loved it. The quality of the blade is excellent. It gives a clean shave. The battery lasts very long.
