Excellent gift

Good weight but poor quality upon delivery. Terrible metal
Negatives: The delivery method of the machete was little to be desired. it was delivered in a lagre box with no packing material so the blade was delivered damaged. Nothing more that a cardborad sleeve around the blade and shrink wrap plastic around the handle and blade. Rethink how your delivery methods! The blade needs to be sharpened upon delivery. No protection for the blade provided whatsoever. No sheath. Something to consider for future sales. Positives: Product has good weight for outside work. The handle is solid. Would I purchase this machete again? Doubtful due to the way it was delivered and the way the blade was so easily damaged during delivery. If it is damaged during delivery, in a box, it probably wont last too long for outside cultivation. Recently tried it chopping branches. Terrible metal. Bent in the center after 5 or 6 strikes. Don't waste your time with this "machete:"
