I like that it's from USA and Non-gmo, also 3rd party tested but true transparency is when the product shows how levels if heavy metals are in your supplements! Most magnesium glycinate are souced from China with high levels of lead and cadium and other heavy metals. A good source will reveal from the 3rd party lab how much heavy metals are found in your vitamins and minerals/supplements... little to no amounts detected or high levels. There are only a few brands that will display complete findings.

This has really helped improve my sleep. 2 capsules before bed and I have been sleeping so much better, and longer too. If I wake up in the night - I'm able to go right back to sleep.
