Best motor oil that money can buy, without question...
This is without a doubt the best motor oil on the market. Over the years I've used various different brands of synthetic including Mobil 1, Castrol Syntec, Pennzoil Platinum, & Liqui Moly just to name a few, and Redline is the only brand I've tried that made the VQ37VHR motor in my Infiniti Q50 run smoother and quieter. I went from Mobil 1 Extended Performance to Redline and I immediately noticed smoother and quieter acceleration, and during idle the engine is barely audible. I have also noticed a slight improvement in fuel economy as well. It's hard to believe that going from one motor oil to another in the same viscosity could make any noticeable difference in engine operation but in my case it definitely did because the engine really does feel happier and healthier with the Redline oil. There's also a lot of good information out there that shows Redline oil can actually reduce oil temperatures as well as keep your engine cleaner. And the added detergents, ZDDP, molybdenum and ester molecules can really help to reduce friction & engine wear and keep the engine clean over time. But the synthetic ester base is what really makes the difference between Redline and all of the other motor oils out there, and it's what also accounts for the increase in price. The only downside is it's expensive when compared to most of the other synthetic brands out there, but this is an Ester-based Group V synthetic motor oil that is aviation grade, and you get what you pay for. For me it's worth spending the extra $15 per oil change and I'm definitely not planning on switching to any other motor oil again as long as the Redline continues to perform this good.

Great Engine oil
Mini cooper s used a daily driver 40 to 60miles daily burning through a quart every few weeks, bought this with hopes high burn off temperature and I think it does the trick! 1500+ miles & oil levels still good.

Instant difference!!
My truck has about 170k miles on it and after reading a lot about squeaking issues (I was also having squeaks after replacing parts) that are common with the 5.7 hemi... I decided to take the gamble. No joke after about 20 mins worth of driving after flushing my oil and refilling with redline 5w30 the squeaking is gone. No its not the cam or lifters as those were replaced at 100k miles. I did recently replace my Serpentine belt, belt tensioner pulley and idler pulley and that was not the issue either. Will definitely keep using redline in my truck!

Impressed!
I've only ran this for a few hundred miles. I was using synthetic chevron delo 5-40 in a turbo Volvo v70 and was perfectly happy with the performance of the oil. I have too many people and too many vehicles to maintain in my immediate family. I needed to get a couple cars down to a once per year oil change schedule @ 10k miles with a long life oil filter of course. I'm hoping this oil will do this. I can't imagine it not being able to go 10k as that is the interval most newer BMW and Mercedes engines are under and I seriously doubt the stealerships are using such a high quality oil as redline.Anyway, what really got me almost instantly was how quiet the engine became especially being outside of the vehicle with motor idling. I can't believe how quiet it is. Performance and overall smoothness in acceleration is also much nicer. This is coming from someone already using a synthetic oil although not a true synthetic, even Mobil 1 and castrol syntec is not a true synthetic anymore but redline is! I'll be putting this oil in all of my gasoline powered vehicles. I'm impressed and I haven't used it long.Update-I still use this oil on my volvos. Performance is noticeable and I can change oil once a year. I use a wix or k&n filter with great results! You don't have to worry about turbo coking either with this oil, it's a true synthetic not hydrocracked dino oil they are allowed legally to call synthetic which is why other "synthetics" are lower in price. Get what you pay for.

Best 5w30 for track duty
Very solid oil for motorsports use. HTHS is 3.8 (which is essentially a 40w oil), so I'm less concerned with shear at higher temperatures. Healthy dose of ZDDP as well. Very competitively priced compared to other race grade or boutique oils. Would like to see it offered in 5qt jugs, rather than a gallon.

Prius owners weren't lying: this oil is worth it
I have a 2010 Prius w/ 168,000 mi. It's been burning/using oil since about 130,000 mi, which I found out is common for this particular year. I was changing ...well, mostly adding oil every 2000 miles if not more frequently. If I let it go more than 2-3 weeks without checking the dipstick since last topoff, I'd be alarmed to see maybe 1/4 oil remaining on the dipstick. And I was getting about 45-48 mpg.Immediately after I started adding in Red Line 5/30 synthetic, per recommendations from several people on Prius Owners site, the time between oil topoffs went up to more than a month. Now I seem to be burning about half the amount of oil but there's another benefit: my mileage seems to be more consistently in the 48-51 mpg range. And that's more recently as the weather is getting colder here in the northeast...I'm still holding 49-50 mpg (not estimated; I calculate after every gas fillup) as the temps are now in the 40s and 50s, typically a time of year when mileage drops to 43-45 mpg. We'll see how we do when it's really cold but I'm sold on this oil. The car sstill runs great, but the motor actually sounds a bit quieter. Maybe my imagination, but the mpg numbers and the less frequent oil adding are not.

Hemi Honey
After researching about the issues surrounding the 5.7 hemi I settled on 5w30 redline. The motor runs smooth as butter. No lifter or ticking noise now or on the horizon.Molybdenum 👍

Great to help with HEMI Tick
Quieted down my 11 Ram 5.7L valve train / HEMI Tick used to use PUP 5w20 and do religious oil changes every 5000Km with mopar filter and the truck had the warm Idle HEMI tick from the lifters and valve train, still might need cam and lifters eventually butRead lots of good reviews about redline oil helping with the Tick was sceptical but I tried the redline 5w30 and I will never go back truck runs so much smoother and quieter now, redline has made me a believer. Side note I am also running the Wix 51085XP filter. Also for those wondering the 5w30 is fine in our trucks some say it will mess with the MDS but I have not encountered any problems, The Powerwagon 6.4s take 0w40 and MDS is fine, I also have an 03 2500 5.7 and it calls for 5w30 but I’ve been running rotella 10w30 all year round for years and the truck just rolled over 450000Km and is still running like a champ. If you got the HEMI tick (Not broken exhaust manifold bolts) give Redline a try you might be surprised.

Best oil for VW TDI
I have use different oil brands and have to say that in my 2015 Jetta TDI this is by far the best oil. The engine noise level is much lower when running Redline oil.

Miracle Oil? You bet!
The notorious Nissan/Infiniti VVEL knock/tick had decided to pay me a very prominent visit and decided to overstay its welcome. I've tried PUP, which helped a little but sheered eventually. Then I tried M1, which instantly made all noises worse and vibrations more pronounced. Then after an exhausting research, I stumbled upon this Redline Ester oil. Where do i even start? The same day after switching to this oil, the VVEL noises started disappearing! As the days went on, the noise is almost completely gone and RPMs are lower and smoother? Im still in awe. This truly is a miracle oil! Will be my permanent oil until this car fails me. Highly recommend to any VQ37VHR owners looking to remidy noises, its definitely worth a try!

Perfect oil for Ram 1500
Excellent choice to help quiet the Ram 1500 5.7 hemi tick sound. A great product that truly lives up to positive reviews as I now see why
