This is an incredibly fantastic rare, high quality ripe Pu erh tea brick from an ancient tea forest on the famous BuLang mountain. The whole leaves are hand-picked from old arbour trees at altitudes of between 1500 - 1700 metres.
After picking the leaves are dried naturally, fermented and are traditionally pressed into the characteristic "Chocoate Bar" shape of 12 pieces, using stone moulds. The resulting tea tastes sweet, mellow with no hint of bitterness.
We recommend to break off one of the twelve pieces and use half per brew and allow a short steeping time of 3-5 seconds according to taste.
