Trust the end Loops only
I would trust the ends with heavy weight not the inside loops

These slings are of a good quality. The material is the same as the lifting slings used for industrial lifting, but (obviously) lighter duty since they are made to support the weight of a person. I couldn't see any flaws in any of the 3 slings, the sewing is great, again, similar to what you would find on an industrial lifting strap. I would totally recommend them!

I plan to use one or two of these the next time I have to climb my sailboat’s mast. The sailboat is currently hauled out for the winter, and the mast is sitting in a rack, so there’s nothing for me to try climbing right now. I put it around my body and a post and heaved on it and it held together well - not a scientific test, but it seems sturdy. *RECOMMENDED*
