Organized well
My daughter has been enjoying this, the design is minimal but functional. She likes filling it out each morning and evening and has been encouraging for her.

Great journal or gift
This wellness journal is great for you or someone who is a little burnt out and just wants to jot down some basic facts about the day that helps them process. I found it very easy and effortless to just start writing and I'm super busy--usually working 60 hours a week (yes I'm in healthcare...rip) so anyone can start. There is a perfect amount of room in each category.- There is lots of free space in the intention for the day area and I don't feel like writing much usually so I usually do some doodles there as well or write down some songs/albums I am enjoying that day. I think if your to-do lists are short you can also use that area for that.- The sleep section is perfect. I get to comment on my sleep quality briefly and note down how many hours- The meals section has 4 bullet points which is nice because you can fit in a snack or maybe a 4th meal, who am I to judge, I use that 4th one all the time. It helps me appreciate all the nutrition I am giving my body.- The water meter is a nice reminder- The activity section is probably for exercise but I just use it to write down a few brief things I did that day if I didn't work out.- I usually don't fill out the self care section all the way but a great idea could be to put stickers there too- The reflection area with the dotted grid is actually the perfect size for a low pressure journal entry. I have been trying to journal more and usually I just write a few sentences but before I realize it, I filled over 1/2 to the full length of the area. It helps me ruminate less and that way I don't lay awake thinking about all the cringe things I said all day.The book lies flat. The paper is very nice and smooth. It takes a Pilot G2 (currently using a 0.38 tip but you can use 0.5 or 0.7 too) like a champ. Fountain pens work well too without feathering or bleeding. NOTE - there is some slight ghosting with the black pilot g-2 pen (where you see some really dark spots on the opposite side of the page. It's not bleeding through, the paper is just thin). I have chosen to not take off a star for this because the pages are otherwise very high quality and you can't blame them for being thinner, I kind of like how it helps keep the notebook thin. The book is admittedly expensive but I see it as a nice gift or a splurge to treat yourself. It's very well made.

Nice simple journal, helpful to check-in daily on progress of goals & more
This journal is really nice and simple in the way that it is laid out, and it can be very useful for people that want to keep track of how good they are at following through with their goals little by little, day by day. I like that this journal is really open to how you interpret it and can be suitable for anyone as there is no limitations for what kind of goals/intentions you should write about.Every day you can write under "intention" what it is you want to focus on that day to bring you closer to accomplish your goals, and you can also quickly keep track of "sleep", "activity", how you are eating- "meals", and what you are doing to take care of self "self-care". On the other side of the page, you can answer prompt, "What went well today?", jot down thoughts and feelings you have under "Thoughts & feels", and conclude journal entry answering the journal prompt, "Today I'm thankful for". Since it's so important to adapt good habits for success, and habits can take time to develop, I believe this approach to work on goals that are related to your overall wellness little by little can be very effective and I am looking forward to seeing myself as more accountable for the goals I follow through on with the help of this journal. For each day you can also for reference and pattern recognition over time, keep track how your mood correlates to the self-care you, or sleep/activity or even how much water you are having, and see what things seem to work better for you. I like that it's hardcover so I know it will last, and the overall design of the journal gets you to think and focus on the positive side. The fact this journal is unlined is very practical as you are not wasting paper if you forget to write for a little while, or just want to take a break for whatever reason. One thing I would like to see is more color options available for the cover of this journal, as personally when I think of wellness, I think of happy or peaceful colors/imagery that can uplift mood, and I think that type of cover could be really fitting for the contents of this journal. Overall, I like the simplistic nature of this journal, and I can see this journal really helping people to get on track or stay on track with their goals, and that's a great thing.

Not great.
This isn’t as utilitarian as you might think. I was hoping for a planner that was heavily focused on wellness. There is no way I’m using a planner AND a journal separately, I’d end up with too many things to keep track of. If this had tasks, weekly goals etc as well, it might be worth the money. As it stands, the paper is super thin and I feel we’re paying for the brand name on this. I do love that it’s made in the USA, I just feel that very little thought went into the design of this.

Simple and not intimidating
This wellness journal is simple and not intimidating which I think is perfect for its purpose. It prompts you enough to keep you thinking about areas of wellness that are important for the everyday but doesn’t overwhelm you. The “daily” pages are not dated so you can keep track as you’re able to and not feel guilty if you miss some days. The journal also contains other pages besides the “daily” pages; a wellness map, intentions, goals wish lists, meals page, body and mind, gratitude, goals check in, reflection and grid dots pages in the back of the book. It’s a smooth hardback book with a built in ribbon bookmark. My inside cover had a defect in the paper but it was still smooth. (See photo)Overall, I would recommend this wellness journal, especially to someone just starting to track wellness. I am not 100% sold on its quality for its price point but I do like the product.
