A very well made toaster. Clearly a premium product. Only time will tell if it was worth paying the price of 4 toasters for this one toaster.... 🤞🏼

I have barely used the toaster, but now there are only two of the four sides working, therefore the bread only toasts on one side in both slots.

Simple, elegant and it works.

Had this toaster since March ‘24 and it replaced the same model. From the start we have had to be careful to keep the selection button at 1/2 and certainly no more than the small toasting bun icon. At 3 it burns everything. Should have sent it back but I thought it works fine on the lower end settings and was lazy. Until recently it has twice fused the plug circuit in our kitchen, so we have stopped using it. I remember I replaced the last one because it was burning the toast and on one occasion set it on fire on setting no.1🙀So as lovely as it looks no more Graef toasters for this house - at its retail price I’d hoped for a better quality toaster that lasted for a few years. Very poor value for money.

Slimline as the toaster has 2 long slots rather than 4 separate ones. Looks good in the kitchen and takes up less space than most others.The first one failed at 2 years but the second has managed 17 years before the element failed.It has a removeable crumb tray which catches most of the crumbs but quite a lot get into the body which are difficult to remove without dismantling the toaster.If only toasting 2 slices there is no way to switch off the element in the rear slot so economy is not great.
