I’m pleased with most of the ingredients in this pill. It has a great blend of different bacteria species. Also, it is not that common to find a probiotic supplement that also contains prebiotics. The probiotic contains good bacteria while the prebiotic feeds good bacteria. It also contains fenugreek and ashwagandha, which is fine as these are just superfoods and give it additional health value. The only thing I don’t love about it is the strong dose of zinc. Make sure you’re aware of this and you know how much zinc is in any multivitamins or other supplements you take because there is such thing as too much. I’d prefer if this delivered just pro and prebiotics.

These are regular sized capsules that are easy to swallow. My husband is taking these after a 10 day regimen of antibiotics. They offer a Prebiotic with 16 freeze dried strains for digestion, immune and overall men's health support. Because they are freeze dried, they are supposedly more effective. The CFU on this product is 50 billion. It won't take long for my husband's gut health to bounce back. Take 2x a day for 30 days. With all of the beneficial extra herbals vs. pharmacy brand, I believe these are worth the cost.

If you know what strain probiotic L Reuteri is and what it can do for you, then you know it is hard to find included in most probiotic blends. This is one of the few that I have found that includes it. If you don't know what this strain can do for you, then I recommend reading the book called supergut. You can find this book on Amazon audible and it is a fascinating read. I basically bought that strain by itself until finding this one that includes it. This really helped improve my microbiome and I look and feel better. I've given up alcohol which is bad for your microbiome and this helped reset my gut health. I will continue to take this brand and very impressed with Bronson.
