Poor quality strap
I have only used this bag for 2 weeks and it’s already broken. I cannot return as the window has closed. Shame. Poor quality strap.

It does what a bag is supposed to do but zip broke.
While I am happy with the bag in general, it does what I need a bag to do.. I've only used the bag once and one of the zips broke.. But like I said it's a bag, holds my stuff fine in general but one of the zips broke no first use due to it being stiff to open the large pocket.

Not quite size I was expecting
It’s quite a small bag. Brought two one for me and one for my husband. My husbands bag zip kept getting stuck and my bag broke on day 3 of a 14 day holiday. Not great

Great for holiday/quick break, but as I was looking for day-to-day usage, this item is a just a bit too small for me, so I returned it. Easy return experience though, so very happy over all and would not think twice about buying another product from this supplier in the future.

Poor quality
Bought it to take on holiday it ripped first day .Didnt have much in it wanted it to keep passports and money safe. Very disappointed with it .can i return it for you to look at why it is so poor x
