Excellent machine & so quiet, the only thing you hear is the water & clothes splashing around it was that quiet I had to double check it was actually working & the dryer leaves your clothes so that they don't even need ironed, excellent machine, highly recommended

If you want an easy life without having to call insurance companies and people to come out and fix the machine then don't buy. It seems to me that they make their money on call out charges to fix the machines. When I rang up to activate the guarantee they told me the call out charge over and over again and told me i needed additional insurance (I already had some) but it should have given me an idea shouldn't it ?

Washing is excellent, however, considering the drying cycle is madness, it makes a bang at around 15/20 seconds, and depending on what you dry, the process could take up to 3/4h so... I'll try to get in touch with the manufacturer's warranty further with sellers to see what is to be done. My lady had used it until yesterday as I am mostly away at work when she used it. Now with changes in circumstances( she is pregnant), I must help with housework. Soo, this is not acceptable to the noise standards, and I regret that I've bought it. If anybody had the same issue and sorted it, please advise.Thanks a lot!
