Extremely happy with these latches. Very nice oiled bronze finish. Appear to be well built as they function smoothly and feel very solid. The only issues I had with the install was due to the previous lock installation which had a different style latch without the rectangular screw down pad, just a round piece driven into the wood, which is probably why the doors closed so poorly. I had to create a jig to locate on the existing hole and route out the proper rectangular recess to install these as well a design some shims to reduce the hole size for a proper fit into the door. However it turned out to be an excellent training session for my apprentice in how to convert from CHEAP, poorly installed locks! I am VERY happy with these locks and installed them on all interior doors! These give a whole new experience to moving through your home!

Well made and solid, the finish on these door levers is beautifully brushed silver. The install was easy with everything needed and only a screwdriver necessary. My wife loves the lines, both stylish and easy to open with lotion on her hands. Absolutely a great fit in our home with a truly quality feel. We have this brand throughout our home and as we age, they are a real boon.

We wanted to update the look of our door knobs and we added some new doors and we wanted to do it on a dime. I like quality, but for this project, I didn’t want to go crazy and buy Schlage or KwikSet. We hired someone to replace the handles and hinges on the brand new door slabs. I later noticed that one of the door handles was sticking.When I installed the door handles on our old doors, I noticed another latch was sticking. So here’s what you need to be aware of: when you take them out of the package, you want to make sure that the part of the latch that sticks into the door (the part that the knob turns) does not have any wiggle in it. What happens is that two of the 10 I ordered wiggle. The rest are firmly attached and don’t have any play at all. So the two that wiggle get torqued when inserted into the door hole and the handle can jam the latch from going in and out easily. I fixed this by forcing the handles in a higher position and screwing them tight while keeping pressure on it. But it’s not a real fix. Eventually, the doorhandles will get loose and start jamming again. In fact, one of them already has.I tried to call Amazon and got put through to somebody from India who sounded like they were actually as far away as Mars. I could only hear every other word as the phone call cut in and out. I asked him to call me back, which he did. I still couldn’t hear the guy. So I gave up. Plus by the time I knew there was a problem. It was beyond the 30 day return. So make sure you check your parts if you’re not going to get to your project right away.I gave them four stars due to the price and the fact that they do work pretty well and seem to be of fair quality. I would’ve given them a five star review if this goofy little problem didn’t exist.

Handles are solid and function as expected. Having matching handles throughout looks great and the fit with my decor. Installation was a breeze!

They all work. Bought for a renovation and they seem fine

Very nice quality for the price. Functions smoothly. Striker plate and backset plate are rectangular, no rounded edges. You may need to do some mortise work on your door and doorframe to get them to fit flush.
