Has anyone used these paints on dark cotton? (Black tee shirt?)

We've only used it on white tshirts but the colors are vibrant. I think they'll show up.

I don't know . Have never tried on plastic.

the glow in the dark paint does it need a black light to see it glow?

No, it's basic glow in the dark paint, needs exposure to light ( normal light) just like old school glow in the dark products. Very sturdy paint.
