I really really want this feta but I was told it would spoil in shipping, any ideas?

How long will it last once opened and stored in original brine?

Well... Health inspector for commercial use (restaurant and stores) required use for ANY products (cheese, meats) - up to 7 days. At home use - I would use for months. However, this feta must be inside the brine (salty water). If feta will be "touching" air - feta will be moldy in few days.
