Normally, I like to buy Barcoloungers, but I could not find the one I wanted in stock and my old recliner was broken. I decided to take a chance with this recliner as it looked comfortable and had many of the same features. It arrived quickly and was well packaged.Assembly: it was a bit more than just sliding the back in. The instructions are clear, but you also need to add the arm bolsters and the side bolsters. Hooking up the electronics is straightforward and everything worked. I guess it took me about 20 minutes , no tools required.Comfort: has great lumbar support and I sit up straighter in it than my old chair. I don't slouch in this chair, which is a plus for me.Quality: seems pretty well built. The motors are quiet, quality bushings in the mechanism, the paint job was really good, and you can access the support foam via a zipper on the leg rest and other places. I tend to see these features in better built recliners.The lumbar heat and vibration works very well. In fact, you can turn on the heat without having to turn on the vibration. I appreciate that. Some of the other massage settings probably are not of much use. I suppose it depends where you need it. The remote control is easy to use and I like the controls for the mechanism, which smartly includes a USB standard port and a USB-C port, both of which worked.The "Part" button is not a pause button. Instead it allows select one of the four vibrators in the chair instead of the programs, which all rotate through all of them doing various types of vibrations. I like this because I can select just the lumbar vibration plus the heat (which is also the quietest mode). First chair I've owned that can do this.The only drawback so far would be the size for a bigger person. My buddy is 6 foot 3 and he said it was too small. I'm 5' 7", fairly stout, and I find it very comfortable. I can't see anyone more than about 5' 9" being comfortable in this chair We will see how it holds up.

The chair works great for rocking and power. It is small but great as it's in a small space. It's a little hard in seat area but the arms are nice and soft. The really big issue is the feet area. I think they forgot and cushion. It's hard as a rock and have to put a pillow there. It actually has a hard lump that makes my feet lay crooked. It's really hard. It's a good chair does all it says but not as comfy as I would like.

Bought this recliner thinking it would be comfortable. I was wrong. This is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sit in. When sitting at the edge of the seat, you can feel big lumps and crackling noises from whatever is under the seat. The cushioning sucks!!!It is a very small chair, even for me and I am 5’2” and 140 lbs. It is also very noisy when using the massage feature. This was definitely a waste of money. I am stuck with a chair that I despise. I tried to return but was instructed that I repack and pay shipping fees, which would be over $30, but not sure how much until I bring to UPS to be weighed. This has taught me not to buy this type of furniture online from Amazon. Very upsetting because I can’t afford to buy a different chair. If I had purchased from Wayfair, they would have allowed me to return and they would have picked it up. I am very Disappointed with Amazon.

The media could not be loaded. This recliner is amazing super comfy with smooth electric reclining and great massage and heat options. The swivel and rocking features make it even better. I love the built-in USB and Type-C ports, plus the cup holders and side pockets are a nice touch. Easy to assemble and feels high quality. Highly recommend!

Good looking, but not as well engineered as one might expect. The vibrator device in the footrest section of the chair is not covered with enough padding or is too large, because it hurts my ankles and the vibrator in the head area makes a rattling noise. The chair is comfortable, but I feel that they tried to put too many features in this product without doing the detailed engineering required. Swivel works well and recliner is okay, but it is not possible to raise the feet without lowering the head, which requires a separate head pillow to watch TV.

I got my husband this chair for Fathers day and it is one of the best gifts I ever got for him. It is large but compact enough to fit in our small living room. He is 5' 10" and about 230lbs, and it is very comfortable for him. He is also a construction worker who does a lot of manual labor and is on his feet a lot and absolutely loves the massage functions. He is absolutely thrilled. The only complaint is that it is very slow when coming down from the reclining position so if you have to jump up in a hurry thats not happening. Its more comical than anything! Overall I am absolutely pleased with this purchase and it exceeded my expectations.

I loved it! After a day of running around, this chair is my oasis. It's comfortable, soft, and the heat massage is a delight. The USB and Type-C ports are super practical. It reclines easily, and the design looks elegant. I highly recommend it if you need a little corner just for yourself to recharge.
