I never leave reviews, but I knew I had to for this one. It does such an amazing job taking care of the giant messes that one little pet can make. My cat likes to freak out and run around when she's throwing up, last time she threw up in about 12 different spots in my tiny apartment...I don't know how she manages it. I was tired of spending hours using paper towels and spray bottles to try and clean the carpet, so I buckled down and bought this cleaner (so I didn't have to rent one for the same price). More than worth the price and I should have gotten this YEARS ago! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! It was pretty easy to set up and I prepared a large tank of water and cleaning solution because I had old and new stains to clean. I only used half of the tank and got them all clean! It was so simple to use, it worked well even on older stains, and I could pick it up and move to the next spot without trouble. I am SHOCKED at how quick and easy these stains disappeared. Older ones take a little more soaking and cleaning, but fresh ones were IMMEDIATELY gone. I also love that it actually shows you that a spot is being cleaned or if water is coming up soapy. It was pretty easy to disassemble and clean off afterwards. My favorite part was trying to clean the hose, where you just put a bowl of water out and "clean" that to flush the hose and brush attachment. I dumped out the water and rinsed off the parts in the tub, it was so so SO simple! It has a really long extension cord and even with both tanks full of water, it was pretty lightweight and easy to carry. Only possible downsides: 1. If you're cleaning the floor, you're hunched over and crawling, so it might be harder if you have mobility issues. 2. Cat hair gets stuck to the brush easily, but you can just pull it off with a paper towel so it doesn't clump up on the brush. Might need to do it more frequently if you have a fluffy/long haired cat. 3. And after cleaning the hose and removing the tanks, some of the extra hose water leaked out because it didn't have anywhere else to go. However, it was clean water and now I know to remove the tanks AFTER I make sure the hose is totally drained. OVERALL: Absolutely recommend, makes the horrible tedious chore of carpet cleaning into something fun and effective. I have to try using it on the carpets in my car!

Just used this to clean one of our recliner chairs. It has a lighter colored fabric on it and I’ll tell you what…the thing looks great! Looks new! Used a couple capfuls of the enclosed solution and sprayed it on generously, let it sit and then started sucking out tan/brown sudsy water. Repeated this till the dirty water wasn’t so dirty anymore. Really sucked out well and the chair dried in a day and looks great! We love the ease of use, two tanks for clean and dirty. The ease of rinsing out the tanks, and even sucking clean water through the hose to clean it out. At first it wasn’t spraying water out till I removed and reinstalled the clean water tank firmly. Then the spray worked. The suction is surprisingly strong and really dries out the fabric…like I said, the chair was completely dry in a day. Very pleased…this thing will get used on all kinds of stuff around the house.

OK, so I think I did a pretty good job showing you how awesome it works with my video. But I think the important things to know are that it doesn’t leak, it’s got extremely powerful suction, It’s self cleaning, and I will probably never lug out my upright Bissell carpet cleaner again. I use an enzyme cleaner that smells lime limes that I love but they do provide a sample of cleaning product in the box. So far we have used this to get cat throw up off of a really valuable gaming chair and I’ve used it on two different futons. I’ve also used it to get dog pee off the carpet. It worked amazing in all instances and it’s so easy to store because it has a place for you to hook the cord and to wrap the hose around and hook that in as well. To clean it you literally just put the hose under clean running water in the tub or whatever and it sucks all that clean water up and through the hose and into the dirty water tank and boom, voila, the hose is clean. So you’re avoiding any risk of bad smell there. There was a $35 coupon offer when I bought it so for 100 bucks I’m actually really happily shocked at the price versus performance. Id never heard of this brand before but I looked hard at reviews from real people before buying. I got the purple version and I don’t know if there’s a difference between that and the green version. But yeah, it’s simple, it feels really well-made and it is modern and doesn’t have a bunch of gimicky bells and whistles It just does exactly what you need it to do.

Rating this was hard, if I could give it a 4.5 I would. I like it's compact size, it's not heavy, easy to fill and clean out and wraps up nicely for storage. The suction seems good, better than other's I've tried. You could also suck up spills on your floors too if you felt like it. I mostly wanted this as an upholstery cleaner for my couch and chairs. When I cleaned my chair (a light grey fabric) it did a good job of removing the dirt stains left behind from my husband's dirty clothes and hands. Then I used it on my linen couch, which is more whitish/cream? It had a couple of light spots from grandkids, nothing big or nasty. I think maybe it's the fabric of my couch, but the clean on it was different. I did the same area 3 times and what happened was: the area got cleaner, but the "ring of lifted dirt" kept spreading wider and wider. I even just tried hot water with no soap to see if this final ring could disappear. It's very light and hard to see if you aren't aware of it, or if you don't catch the light on the couch at a certain time of day, but I know I can't clean it. It may be the fabric, because my chair cleaned just fine. I still like this machine and will use it on various means of my house, just puzzled over my couch.

Update: got a second one just the other day and it has the exact same issue!!! I bought this because so many reviews raved and it was a top 5 for buy. This is a total garbage item. The first purchase was one me for waiting to long this one how can it be 5 or 6 months apart and the exact same issue! Absolutely POS. I bought this because it had amazing reviews. I had no use to use it immediately and it took 5 months to actually need to. Set it up, the thing doesn't spray water at all. I am way out of the exchange or return window and all of the trouble shooting suggestions from customer service did not work because whatever is wrong with this one is as sent is far beyond what is normal. My fault for not testing it when I got it. But I can still be mad that a brand new item doesn't work and now I have an over priced door stop and a big ass stain to scrub by hand now.

For the price, this is a great value. I used to buy the competitor brand, but it is much more pricey, and the last two upholstery cleaners I got from them leaked. This one does not leak at all. It's really easy to put together and pretty lightweight, which makes it easy to hold and clean. It's actually a gamechanger for having clean furniture.

This product worked well, but I gave it a low score because it only lasted about 18 months of regular use. On mine, the trigger on the sprayer went bad and there was no replacement parts available.
