The seller read my negative review and contacted me to make things right. Amazon has issued me a complete refund for this purchase, Thank you very much seller for approving the refund. Great companies are the ones who actually read their customers' reviews and go to the effort to make things right when something doesn't go as well as hoped. Because this seller stands by their products and reputation, I have changed my review to reflect the great customer support they have given to me. Will now check out their other brushes to hopefully purchase one of them. As at least one other reviewer stated: Bristles Come Out. The handle is fine, the bristles themselves are also fine and the lighter colored bristles were great for my hair. However, both the lighter and darker colored bristles on each side are shedding every time I tried to use it = they are not glued down properly. :( Having them fall out into my hair, into the sink, onto the floor, etc. is not acceptable. So I threw it in the trash. A Complete Waste Of Money. Looking for another brush now = Don't buy it! :(

DON'T GET THIS i was really happy about this great buys, as i want to start doing my own hair more instead of paying a lot of money to keep getting it braided and this seemed like a great slick back brush to use with the two different sides and sadly i was very disappointed! The brush wasn't giving me the slick i was hoping for and i started noticing the bristles falling out! It wasn't that bad at first, but then the pieces would get into my hair and i would try to get them all out, but there was so many!! the brush is looking fine still but i am afraid to ever use this again! at the end of the day my hair was a mess and all i was left with so much frustration and a balding brush!

Wow I was surprised how well this worked through my curly/wavy hair! First use and I can tell a world of difference versus other detanglers. I wouldn’t normally detangle dry but this brush changed my whole outlook on dry brushing! The bristles are just the right texture to minimize breakage. My hair is silky and shiny, perfect for a brush-and-go type of day. The cherry on top is how affordable it was! Wow 10/10 would buy again! I was hesitant to purchase when I read the bristles tend to fall, but my mind was put at ease when I realized it truly depends on usage. Plus, when this one wears out I will gladly repurchase since it really is affordable!

First, the brush is much bigger than expected. Secondly, the black bristles constantly fall out. Lastly, the brush is entirely too soft on both sides.

I got this for my dog because it makes her easier to rush and she lives still and loves the feel of it so it’s awesome

This was a Christmas gift. I loved the dual sides. Like one for myself. No complaints. Looked like firm bristles, worth the money, I believe bristles are firm but soft
