Put moisturiser under the eyes first, let absorb for 5 mins, then a dab of this product put on with a small soft brush to even it out, and then do not make facial expressions! AMAZING STUFF, and a great price. The secret to perfection was the moisturiser on clean skin, brush used for better coverage and NO making expressions for 10-15 mins. I've bought LOADS of this product, I've found out they will last years, and I don't want to ever run out. If it wears off by the end of the day, apply more using the same instructions as above. Do NOT just add more over the top which messes it up. You can put this product on also before bed. It will still look fine all day and sometimes for two whole days!! It's so lovely not to look tired any more! Do yourself a favour and buy one, I'm sure you will be back for more! You will thank me, but follow my instructions for success.

I accidentally bought this product made by this company which came in a similar container and with a similar description as their under eye cream, but it was for wrinkles rather than for under eye puffiness. I contacted the company not for a refund but for them to consider relabeling to better differentiate these two products. The company responded immediately, was courteous and accommodating. They put through a refund for me even though I wasn’t asking for one. I could not have asked for better customer service. This under eye cream is wonderful and I will be ordering more soon. It works as well if not better than Plexiderm and for a fraction of the price.

I have been a loyal user of Plexaderm for a number of years but became tired of paying what seems like a high price for what I received, yet I was reluctant to try something new for fear it wouldn't work as well. Not only does this product performance EXCEED Plexaderm, it is a third of the price! It is suggested that a pea-sized application be used; however, I found that, because it is less viscous than Plexaderm, it goes on more smoothly and less is needed. The performance is also better after several hours of wear, not showing the same "sagging" in places where I had applied it. It works after only a few minutes compared to at least 15 with Plexaderm, as well. I cannot recommend this product more highly. I am a convert!

I purchased this eye cream and was really excited about it!! I unfortunately didn’t decide to keep this due to two reasons. The first, is that it burns extremely bad after the cooling dissipates and the burning intensifies over several minutes. I have worked in skincare for years and my skin is not particularly sensitive. I then looked into the ingredients and noted that it has two forms of aluminum listed which has been theorized to negatively influence cognitive function among other health issues. This is the second reason I do not recommend this product. You’ll have to decide if it’s worth it to you but it does help puffiness but the burning and ingredients aren’t worth it to me so I will continue looking for something else that doesn’t burn like a hot match near my eyes, and ingredients that don’t make me nervous putting it on my skin, and near my eyes.
