One family member has developed a severe dairy allergy and trying to adapt recipes to meet these dietary restrictions has been a challenge. Some “plant milks” are too sweet and make certain recipes taste weird. Others are high in soy, which can be problematic if you’re avoiding it for health (cancer) reasons. Others taste chalky and again adversely change the taste of recipes. Flax milk has none of these characteristics and works perfectly in baked goods, soups and sauces with no change to flavor. It’s shelf stable (before opening) and is thus handy to have on hand so you never run out of milk in the middle of cooking. It’s a great dairy alternative.

I really love this flax milk! It tastes great and I use it to make a Shaken espresso. It blends well, compliments the coffee and isn’t terribly expensive. Will definitely keep using.

I apologize to anyone who actually enjoys it or has to partake of it for health or dietary restrictions, but this flax milk is the most atrocious thing I have ever encountered. It personally offended each of my taste buds in a coordinated attack. I would rather suffer all levels of lactose intolerance agony than ever ingest this again. The worst part is the conspiracy that forces you to purchase an entire case so you can't even get a sample to try before you commit to a case. So this will go into my pantry until it expires or the zombie apocalypse comes and maybe then I will be grateful for it. Who knows?

I love this milk and usually get it from the grocery store, but decided I would try having it delivered. It is more expensive, but, in my opinion and in my circumstances, totally worth it. All six cartons came in great condition. Will definitely do this again especially with the snow situation on the East Coast.
