I’ve been taking these now for a long while. The quality seems good the price is good and I’m feeling better

I was advised to start using this daily at this dose by the hospital pain clinic as it has been recognised as helping with pain and sleep. I’m already on a high level of other medication. I started taking them the day they arrived and so far i’ve noticed they make me feel a little more sleepy, so have changed to taking them at night. Im sleeping better and feeling more refreshed in the morning as i’m waking up less during the night with pain. The tablets look big but are easy to swallow. My husband is also now taking this and he too feels the benefits of better sleep and feeling more relaxed. I’m definitely going to carry on using these and will do subscribe and save. Might not work for everyone but I feel they make a difference.

Was mich absolut überzeugt: Super verträglich: Kein Magengrummeln, kein Unwohlsein! Das war bei anderen Magnesiumformen oft ein Problem für mich. Hilft beim Abschalten: Ich nehme eine Kapsel etwa eine Stunde vor dem Schlafengehen und schlafe seitdem viel ruhiger und wache erholter auf. Praktische Dosierung: Eine Kapsel pro Tag reicht völlig aus – man muss nicht mehrere Tabletten schlucken. Gute Qualität: Die Kapseln sind vegan, in Deutschland hergestellt und machen einen sehr sauberen Eindruck. Kleiner Hinweis: Die Kapseln sind nicht winzig – aber für mich vollkommen okay. Wer Probleme mit dem Schlucken hat, sollte das vielleicht bedenken. Fazit: Für mich das beste Magnesium, das ich je hatte! Es wirkt spürbar, ist gut verträglich und der Preis für 100 Kapseln ist absolut fair. Ich habe bereits nachbestellt und kann es jedem empfehlen, der nach einem hochwertigen Magnesium sucht!
