Terminating resistors are used to terminate (close off) F connectors that are not being used. This makes them important for two reasons: they ensure that outdoor devices do not wear down due to adverse weather. On the other hand, they ensure that less reception power is lost. The resistors can be easily unscrewed and are simple to use.
