This product works amazing. We placed it in a 6x5 room where our electronics are stored and it pulls so much moisture from the air. It is very quiet too.

I loved this little dehumidifier! Sadly it stopped dehumidifying the air but the lights still worked.Lucy at customer service was terrific...lots of communication and she sent a replacement. Unfortunately, this little unit isn't available. She send a bigger one but I'm sensitive to chemicals and have a tiny bathroom with no place for it to out gas, so it didn't work for me. I didn't have to send it back and gave it to someone who was very pleased. Super customer service...many thanks!

I purchased this item in February and it worked great until about a month ago it started making this horrible noise.I cleaned the back filter and that seemed to help. But now a month later after emptying the water tank it started again .Something is wrong with the fan for no discernible reason.+++ EDITED TO ADD:The seller reached out to me and offered a full refund. I am grateful for this thoughtful gesture and will order this item again because it worked so well until it stopped. It is quiet, compact, effective at removing moisture from the air, and good-looking.

First of all, the power cord is located inside the water compartment, and you have to remove the compartment and unwrap it before you can open it up then take out the box that’s inside to remove the power cord. The cord is fairly long, probably more than 6 feet although I didn’t measure it but I was originally concerned I would need an extension cord from the power outlet to go across the back of the sink and countertop… But I don’t need that at all. I also want to share that this little unit is so quiet. And I didn’t know if I would even like the lights, but I do! Not only that, but within the first hour, it was pulling moisture out of the air already in my bathroom. I’m excited to see how much moisture it will pull out of the air after a hot shower, because generally the walls sweat even when the exhaust fan is on. Stay tuned for an update.

I use this dehumidifier for my bathroom - it does a great job, has a handle that makes it easier to carry around, is easy to clean, has a nice changing light, and emits a sound that serves as a very useful white noise for me. When I had to reach out to their customer service, Lily was super helpful, very nice, responsive and solved my issue wonderfully. Thumbs up - I highly recommend!!

removes the humidity well in my space.. it's quiet for me and is not as ugly as so many are.. I do wish they remove the printing screenprinted on the front so there is less visual clutter - but all in all it works well!

Stopped working. No power. Nothing happened. Just stopped. No returns. Boo

I've had this for almost a year now. Seems to be going strong. I have it in a bathroom without any windows and it needs to be emptied about once a week (Ca) Has prevented any mold formation. Highly recommend for small spaces.
