I've been using this for around a month now, and I do think it is an effective product overall. It has a slightly sweet, neutral taste and definitely helps with bloating. When taken regularly, you will notice a difference in your intestinal health. My main pain point, other than the price, is the fact that this is marketed as dissolving easily in liquids. It will dissolve somewhat, but the only way to fully break it down is to put it in the blender on high. Warm liquids help it dissolve better than room temperature or cold liquids. I've also heard that this improves the skin's appearance (acne, texture, etc.) but my results on that so far are inconclusive, may need to take it longer to see a noticeable effect.

I used this colostrum to heal an inflamed gut. Was very soothing from the first dose, and inflammation was gone by day five.

Do your own research on the benefits and check with your Doctor to confirm colostrum is for you. In a pharmaceutical world, we prefer a pill that works immediately and choose to ignore the warnings about side effects. Natural products are generally focused on helping your own body reset itself and start functioning the way it was created to. That takes time. Rarely will we wake up on day two and amazingly we are a brand new person. So as with all natural protocols give it time to do what it does for your body and long term health. That being said, on day two I actually did feel a difference. I chalked that up to a placebo effect. My plan is to give it 90 days, which is enough time to see and feel any positive impacts. Based on my personal research, I do expect to experience positive results on my over all health and well-being. As for the taste… it has a slight dairy or milk taste if you were to take or taste it dry. It is not unpleasant at all. Of course I recommend mixing it with something instead. I have used it only in two ways. When mixed in a smoothie issues with clumps etc are nonexistent. The quick way I take it is with 6oz of room temperature filtered water. I add one scoop of colostrum and one scoop of CocoaVia and mix it thoroughly with a handheld coffee/milk frothier. It is only 6oz so I down it quickly, and consequently have not noticed the clumping issues others mention. Just note… I don’t drink this as a beverage for pleasure. I drink it for its potential impact to my health. Although the flavor is fine to me, I would use it anyway.

A youthful secret to a healthy scoop, plus it’s unflavored so you can add it on to any drink you like. Helps with energy and and immunity. The collagen works wonders too. The only downside is it so hard to dissolve.
