For EDS Type 3 an hypermobikity syndrome
1. This came in 2 days from Germany way ahead of the delivery schedule (thank you)2. It has an English plug to charge.3. The instructions state to wear it next to your skin so do that if you want to feel the benefit of the heat.4. I have a beurer coat shawl which also felt not very warm but the benefit comes with the "constant" warmth. That shawl has been a life saver for back pain.5. There is a form in the instructions where you can buy extra batteries (haven't tried or know how expensive they are but a good option for a day out).6. It gets warmer than the stick on heat pads but not as warm as the thermacare disposable belts. I can't be paying £3 a day when I'm just going to be around the house so this belt is a good option to not have to refil bottles or get up to the microvwave.7. It works well on the tummy too but def better on my back (could be me).8. I have chronic conditions of pain where morphine hardly works. I have all manner of hot water bottles and tie on wheat bags but there are some days when I need to just sit there and have something and not get up in order to recover. So it depends how desperate you are. Nothing is a miracle cure and if you have an injury that you are looking for a "quick cure" for this won't be it. It's a slow soothing warmth that is essential for chronic pain sufferers. If you want more instant pain relief try a heat pad. For my use this has been helpful but I use a variety of heating things and pain killers depending upon what's going on. It has been a good addition I must say and anything hat helps me be more mobile gets five stars from me.9. The only more instant heat you will get is a good old fashioned hot water bottle. This is not designed for that. But I can say, that wearing it with patience has alleviated the pain in me that can't be cured.10. Everyone's reasons for pain is different, threshold for pain different and so management success is different. I thought that this product deserved a y good review especially that I managed to find it on Amazon at half the price of anywhere else (£29).

Not as warm as I'd expect
The product is nice, but does not get warm enough even on the highest setting. What is the highest setting I think ought to be the next to lowest. I say this based on another product of Beurer's that I own. I also find that the battery does not last so long, and then I have to wait to recharge it. That said, it is a comfortable way to apply heat to your lower back without having to stay in one place or rig up ways to tie on one of those microwave-heatable packs.

It a good heat belt
Provides sufficient heat to easy my back pain, the belt stays warm for quite a while and is comfortable when worn. Fit nicely under my clothing and isn't noticeable.

Great heat of plug in as expected and even tho ...
Have had the plug in one for about 2 years now and decided to get a new one and this one as it's portable. Great heat of plug in as expected and even tho u wouldn't expect same sort of power from a battery operated device I still expected a lot more than what it had to offer. Don't know if it was faulty or not but ud be just as well wrapping a scarf round ur stomach/back. They were happy enough to take it back tho even tho still to get it printed off and sent back lol

Very Portable
This is very comfy to wear. It does not get very hot like the electric version but you can't expect it to running from a battery. It heats up in around 10 mins set at the highest. I found it to be quite warm with the added bonus of up to 4 hrs use unlike the other battery version which is only 2 hrs. It is also a lot quicker to charge at half the time. It came with a euro plug but as I have similar charges for other products, it will stand out as it is the only product I have with the euro fitting. While driving, I have quite a bit of discomfort around my kidney area but since using this I don't appear to have that problem. Time will tell but at the moment, I am very happy with this.

Soft but very disappointing
For years I've been trying to find a wonderful cure for my back pain and for years I've been mostly using the magnetised belts to warm my lower back. When I saw this on the market ,I imagined that it would be instantly better. It costs 10 times as much as the magnetic belts so it has to be better. How wrong I was. It doesn't heat up sufficiently enough. In fact you can hardly feel the heat coming through. It also doesn't hold its charge for very long so what heat does come thru is gone before your back begins to "heal".I won't be asking for a refund as I have used it for the best part of a week and don't deem it fair.I will be going back to buying the 4.99 magnet belts every 2 months or so ,as they are so much better.I am so disappointed in this product and I urge anyone thinking of spending the best part of £50 on this,to read this review and maybe think again.
