This ring is pure perfection. Pairing up was easy and installing the app was also mega easy. Fells amazing to see my steps count and everything else the ring provides, to keep me in check. Ordered size 9 and although it’s a little loose, it still feels comfortable. Battery life is eternal! lol. Love this and it’s beyond worth it.

I’m honestly so happy with this smart ring! It looks like a regular gold band, so it’s stylish and discreet, but it does so much more than I expected. It tracks my heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen, body temperature, stress levels, sleep (including different sleep stages), daily activity, steps, distance, calories burned, and even menstrual cycle tracking. I love being able to see everything in one app without wearing a bulky watch. It’s lightweight, comfortable enough to wear all day and night, and the battery life is great. If you want something elegant that also gives you detailed health insights, this ring is definitely worth it!

I’ve been wearing this ring for a few weeks now. I also wear an Apple Watch so I’ve enjoyed seeing the comparisons. Pros: The ring 100% measures more steps than my watch does. Like I’m talking 1000+ step difference. I’ve seen a slight difference for body temperature daily(still not really sure how accurate it is.) I LOVE the sleep score. It shows different stages you’re in. It’s withstood quite a few hits to walls and desks. And no scratches! Durability is great! Cons: it only fits on my right ring finger, I should have sized up one to do my pointer. You do have to be cautious when washing your hands because it easily slips off when your finger is wet😅

It was super easy to set up and fits well. I think it looks nice- definitely better for formal settings than a smart watch. It has exercise tracking, sleep, stress, body temperature, and some more features. Gives me a lot of health data and is a great price!

Tracks everything. Helps me sleep better. Tells me when ny heart rate/stess level is high. The charging last almost 3-4 days. Really good material and quality. True to size and fits in my index finger. I would say get one size up to have a comfortable fit. Works great in water too.
