Works as an urgent substitute for the huy fong Sriracha but tastes a bit sweeter. Some at home liked it though.

Immediate heat with maybe a fruity note. A few drops (1-3) is all you need to add an unpleasant heat on your tongue that is strangely addicting. Drops of this have replaced spice elements in things like aglio/olio, the salsas in my chipotle order (when extra liquid ruins the structural integrity of the burrito). This is also really good in tomato sauce. Finding this has resulted in several internet searches for other "craft" hot sauces to try. Definite keeper that I will have to by online as I can't fond this in stores. Bought in Jan 2026 for $5.09 plus tax when a few other Tabascos were discounted

Nicht wirklich scharf aber geschmacklich echt lecker! Süß, sauer, rauchig und „scharf“.

One of my longtime favorites of Tabasco. This is a decent sauce all by itself, great for pizza, or anything else that the flavors would compliment. You could genuinely use this as a slightly above medium buffalo sauce without any alteration. It's extremely well balanced as far as flavor and heat. Pro tip: for buffalo sauce I would still add a pad of butter and some freshly ground black pepper. As far as marinade, would be great for marinating chicken breast/tenders for chicken strips. My favorite thing to use it on though, pizza. Absolutely delicious on pizza!
