My sinuses are thanking this product hugely!! The instructions are simple and help instruct mixing up the warm water and sachet of salt. At first, getting the angle right was tricky but after daily use, I soon found using this product quick and effective. There is a button on the end of the main chamber which releases the water at a comfortable rate and means that you can stay in position. The release of pressure in my face was an instant relief was welcome - I couldn't praise this product enough.

Brought this as a last resort after having a cough and cold for a week and suffering with really bad sinus congestion that just wasn’t going away. I tried everything from tablets to nasal sprays and nothing was giving any relief. It felt like the congestion in my nose was just building up but wouldn’t come out. I used cooled down, boiled water in the bottle as I read that using tap water could potentially give you an infection (not sure if that’s true but didn’t want to take the chance) and added a packet of the nasal salt. The first 2 times I used it, the water wouldn’t even go up and out the other side of my nose- clearly it was too blocked and the water couldn’t even pass through! Third time lucky and the congestion gave way and water started flowing through. I blew my nose quite a few times in-between doing this to get the congestion out and it honestly helped so much. I had to do it another few times a couple of hours later just to get as much out as possible but it allowed me to pretty much breath normally again. For £9.99 this is a bargain and a life saver! I had tried everything else and nothing worked, this is a must if you have a blocked nose/sinus issues to relieve congestion! It might not completely get rid but it helps to alleviate the build up in your nose and gives you relief 100% recommend P.S make sure you lean over the sink and don’t tip your head back at all whilst doing it or the salt solution will end up down your throat and make you wanna throw up

This is easy to use but the button means you can’t get a rush of water up the nostrils to get a good flush on the sinus, I will buy Neil med for this but this is good for moisturising the nose if you have nose bleeds.

Very easy to use. Just add a packet of the salt to the wash bottle then add water (NOT tap water). I use mineral water in 500 ml bottles. Pop the mineral water bottle in the microwave for 40 seconds, check it is about body heat, then add the warmed water to the wash bottle to the fill line. Dead easy. Follow the instructions and watch that gunk dribble out of the other nostril! Gross but effective. The kit comes with two nozzles to get fast or slow flow.

The water pressure on this thing is just not great, a netti pot (squeeze bottle) is better as it can use a better force to go where necessary. This is like a trickle feed that sadly isn't sufficient for actually getting deep in sinuses. I'll be returning this as a result. The reviews below are somewhat misleading so take the above into consideration before ordering. It's a WEAK stream. Hopefully someone finds this review helpful. I paid full price for the product so an unbiased review.

Great piece of kit this Neti pot! I’ve seen just the bottle being sold cheaper but as this came with the salt sachets I think it’s good value for money. Delivery was fast & it was well packaged. I ordered this to help relieve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis. I was quite nervous using it for the first time, but very quickly got the hang of using it properly. I was amazed at what a difference it made. My sinuses and ear canals were so congested I could hardly breathe through my nose and I was almost deaf in my right ear. I’d even had a course of antibiotics which had no effect at all. After using this just twice, my ear was completely cleared and could breathe through my nose again! At first I used it once or twice a day, but now I only have to use it once a day at the most. For anyone suffering with sinusitis, rhinitis or allergies, give it a go! I think you’ll be shocked at what a difference this can make!!!

I really love this nasal rinse kit. It's so easy to use, I followed the instructions and got it right the first time around, and I am dramatic when it comes to anything medical so very proud of myself. I had a slight cold 2 months ago, and it left me with mucus blocked sinus', a vile cough from postnasal drip & my hearing blocked. I've only been using this for a few days but it has helped a lot. I'm starting to get a bit of hearing back in my left ear. Prior to using this, I had tried everything I could think of: 2 lots of different decongestant tablets, 3 different cough medicines, 1 lot of antibiotics, steaming with olbas oil and tea tree oil, hopi ear candles, sudafed nasal spray, various maneouvers and massaging techniques - and non of them have worked. I am now using this kit along with otovent and a nasal spray.

To use the wash bottle, you'll need to turn it upside down and press a button on the bottom simultaneously. When the bottle is wet, it can get a bit slippery, making it tricky to hold while keeping the button pressed. This is definitely something the product manager should consider for improvement. Other than that, the product is easy to use, and the salt mix is gentle, so no complaints!

Das Set aus Nasendusche und Salzportionen überzeugt mich total. Die Anwendung ist unkompliziert, gut erklärt und sehr angenehm. Schon nach kurzer Zeit fühlt sich die Nase deutlich freier und besser befeuchtet an – besonders hilfreich bei Erkältungen, Allergien oder trockener Heizungsluft. Die Nasendusche liegt gut in der Hand, lässt sich leicht reinigen und die Salzportionen sind praktisch vorportioniert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ebenfalls sehr gut, da man lange damit auskommt. Ich nutze das Set regelmäßig und bin rundum zufrieden. Klare Empfehlung.
