These vitamins are great and effective. The size is easy to swallow and they don’t have a nasty smell like some supplements can have. I always look to see if they have been Lab tested and these fit the bill for me. They’re also a good value for the money.

I was told to take K2 with vitamin D.Honestly I don't think I feel any differently with or without K2 and vitamin D. As for this product, I don't have anything to test it against or way to prove it works or is legit, but I also don't have anything wrong to say about it.
