They are selling faulty products

A hair dryer would work
Gasket arrived bent and kinked in box but when I was ready to install I laid it in the sun (75°f) on a black surface for 30 minutes or so and it softened and assumed it's original shape. It installed easily and works well

Easy to install (no instructions with packaging l, yet I figured it out just peal out old and slip the seal i to place.

Not as sturdy as the original
Fits easily onto the door but may not stay in place. This seal is thinner than the original because it does not have the rigid supportive backing. Good for older refrigerator as long as it stays in place and seals the door properly.

Fridge gasket
It is very nice product. The problem I have, it's thinner then the one I took off and the magnet is not that strong to keep the door fully closed.

Does not stay in place.
This rubber seal does not stay in place, it constantly come loose and off the door, so not waste your time or money.
