Searching for a wedge there were lots of complaints about all the wedges. Decided to go with the one and I love it. I have gerd and need to sleep in an upright position. The is firm but soft and is perfect.

This pillow is very comfortable and has a nice rise to it. I wish it were slightly steeper for watching TV or "other" uses, but I suppose it does say it's made for sleeping. I've found the pockets on the sides to be useful.My only gripe is that it's white. After awhile, hair and body oils will begin to show on it. A beige or ivory would be a better choice.

I have trouble sleeping and have to prop myself up with pillows. This pillow is a lifesaver. I wish I had purchased it years ago. It is easy to use, comfortable and supports my oversized body with ease. Now I sleep through the night and wake well rested. I'm going to buying another one!!

What I like about this FSCGIFE Wedge Pillow is that it has 2 different 'firmness' options, with the memory foam on the one side and the standard firm while foam on the other. None of our other wedge pillows have that.Unfortunately I dislike 2 main things that prevent me from being able to recommend this pillow though.1. There is a giant lip at the bottom. I can feel it uncomfortably when I lay on it. My regular wedge pillow goes to a point in the bottom and is far more comfortable.2. The zipper on the case catches a lot and feels pretty low quality. I don't think the case is going to last.

Keeps me upright in bed after surgery

Well, this is what my life has come to…sleeping on a wedge pillow so the acid in my stomach doesn't work its way up and erode my esophagus. I got this wedge pillow to position me at an angle when I sleep so that the acids stay in the stomach and so I don't have to take pills every day to reduce the acid reflux. The pillow is nice and firm yet comfortable to lay on. I got the 12 inch high wedge thinking that wasn't very high. In hindsight, I should have gotten the shorter one because laying at that much of an angle for an extended period hurts my body. I find that I start the night out in perfect position, high up on the pillow and by the 4th or 5th hour asleep I have slid down toward the bottom of the pillow and the pillow is at such a steep angle that my neck is in such an uncomfortable position and stiff for the rest of the day. That is just me though. I don't blame the pillow. I think it is a very good design and is very high quality. It comes with a cover that is removable and washable. You can lay on it as is or I like to add my own pillow on top of it to provide a bit of ergonomic neck support. If you suffer from acid reflux, I recommend this wedge. Just make sure you get the right size for you.
