Nice! Sturdy and really nonstick!

I’ve been using this pan daily for about three weeks, mostly for eggs, sautéed vegetables, and quick chicken dishes, and it has performed really well so far. What I like: Nonstick performance: Eggs slide right off with just a small amount of oil. Even heating: On a gas stove it heats evenly without hot spots. Comfortable handle: Stays cool and feels sturdy. Easy cleanup: A quick wipe with a paper towel or a gentle sponge is enough. Things to consider: The pan is a bit lighter than I expected, which I actually like for handling, but it may feel less substantial if you prefer heavier cookware. It’s not dishwasher safe, so hand washing is needed to protect the coating. Durability: After three weeks, no scratches or peeling, but I only use silicone or wooden utensils as recommended. Bottom line: If you want a nonstick pan for everyday cooking that’s easy to use and clean, this is a solid option. Time will tell on long-term durability, but so far I’m very happy with it.

I was surprised to find that I had to put the handles on both the lid and pan, but it was easy. Cooking with this pan is such a pleasure. I don't need to keep the heat low, like I did on my previous non-slip fry pan. And I can cook a steak without any oil at oil. Cleaning it is so easy too. Very happy with my purchase.

The pans are great. They are enjoyable to cook with, cook evenly and are a solid (medium) weight. Even though they are nonstick, I melted some butter on the pan to cook some eggs, but it was really more for flavor. I also made some turkey sausage breakfast parties and those cooked well on the pan. Clean up is by far easier than my other pans I've been holding on to: after using these pans. Since the pans are nonstick, there is nothing to scrub off: just some soap and a wipe with a sponge. I would recommend to a friend.

First of all, I really like this pan. It is not too heavy, cleans easily, and is the perfect size for me. However, this morning when I picked the pan up, the handle fell off. I have been using this pan for less than a week. The screw for the handle was in the handle when the pan came, and I tightened it as much as I could. It seemed secure. Now it appears that the screw is too short to adequately hold the handle. This could be a real problem if someone had a large amount of hot grease in the pan, picked it up and the handle fell off. I have reattached the handle, but doubt it. will hold, since the screw is so short. This is an add on to my original review. The company sent me an entire new handle and screw. They replied to my text the same day. They have excellent customer service! The pan is wonderful and I am very pleased with it. LATEST REVIEW I have had this pan since March 2023. Loved it....until the coating has come off in a strip near the side. I use this pan only for. frying eggs and bacon. I have never put it in the dishwasher, nor used anything on it that would cause the coating to come off. It has never been heated high. I wonder if anyone else has had this problem?
