I already take a few vitamin supplements and thought I was getting all the nutrients I needed from a good diet too. However, blood pressure was getting slightly higher and also very stiff in the legs when I got up after sitting down a while, so I decided to add potassium to my diet. Well, I must have been lacking in it because after a week, no more muscle stiffness, at all, no more heart palpitations, no restless leg syndrome. Very, very happy with the results. Will continue taking one a day. They’re a bit big for me to swallow, so I chew them with food.

They work very well but are very large. This makes them difficult to swallow and the rough, chalky texture doesn't help either.
