Good product but had a couple small scratches. It wasn't worth returning and waiting, so I will try to paint and fix it.

I received one and used it on my gas stove and it discolored when heated on the burner. I thought it may be just that individual kettle that had the problem so I returned it and purchased another one. The same thing happened with the second.When I finally got around to talking to an Amazon customer service rep., the item was not returnable, but after talking to their supervisor, I was issued the return minus the stocking fee. I don't think I should have had to pay the restocking fee since the item was faulty.

This works great and was the perfect gift. However the heat pad it came with didn’t withstand the kettle to well.
