Good quality, life saver

I had a set of similar for my previous car. I've not had cause to use these yet, but they appear very robust and likely to work equally well in snow. Fitting them is as simple as could be, lift over, drive half a turn forward and pop the to over. Just drive carefully and slowly.

I boycotted Goodyear after they showed they are very politically bias... And discriminated people over political views. But this product is OK for the price for a one time purchase from this company.

There’s a great little snow chains probably one of the manufacturers to fit and actually really reasonable in terms of price. They’ve got me out of a few sticky points a couple of times, but remember unless you wash them down afterwards, they’re likely to rust pretty easily.

Difficult to fit and remove

We drove from the UK to Switzerland for Christmas and bought these as a back up incase we encountered snow. We arrived to find about 6inches on steep mountain roads. We tried to get as far as we could (sliding around on our summer tyres). We put the socks on and the difference was night and day! They got us up ~5 miles of steep snowy and icy roads. Plus they’re really easy to put on and remove. 100% recommend!

Terrible, only used once and they chains broke after a couple of miles

Great product, just remember the fitting instructions they help a lot. Make sure you work out where the gap in the chain goes so the fitting becomes easy. Don't forget gloves :)

Ich hatte vorher keine Erfahrung mit Schneeketten, aber das Anlegen dieser Ketten von Goodyear war wirklich einfach dank des automatischen Spannsystems. Die Montage ging schneller als gedacht, auch ohne viel Übung. Auf Schnee merkt man sofort, wie das Auto mehr Grip bekommt und sicherer fährt, hat meine Erwartungen echt übertroffen. Die Ketten fühlen sich robust an und sind gut verarbeitet. Für alle, die zum ersten Mal Schneeketten brauchen, sind die Goodyear Ketten eine sehr gute Wahl, leicht zu handhaben und zuverlässig.
