My 7year old Grandson said yes they do connect.

Q: Can the hexbug flash nano nanotopia product interface/connected to with the hexbug nano nitro slingshot? minimum space needed if all parts are used?

Yes, you can use them together.

Q: Is there a way to buy/get replacement tracks (green)?

Yes they are on line. My grandson has added more to his original set.

Q: Are the bugs included?

The bugs are included, but I don't recommend the set. The bugs are an inferior version, and didn't work on the course. If anything, get the 5 bug set for $20. The bugs work WAY better.
