Would not have purchased this item if i had known how small the water lines are, very poor water pressure.

If I had known this product had almost no water pressure I would have NEVER purchased it. It take 3 to 4 times as long to wash the shampoo from your hair. Even the hand held unit has no pressure. It is not a rainfall, its a light sprinkle.

i bought one 4 months ago, and i just installed it a week ago with a certified plumber, and after 4 hours he told me to return it bc there is zero water pressure, i tried a second plumber and he told me the same exact thing. very dissapointed

We have several of these for our apartments and they have functioned very well .

I like the water fall and the spout. I’m enjoying everything. It was a great choice.

After paying a plumber to install this fixture, apparently the water drips it dint stream. Really bad you have to stand under the shower and wait.
