It will help you shed some water weight fast, but as for actual long term far loss.... no. As soon as you eat after the fast your body will store that food. The juice is quite delicious though.

I use this drink as a maintenance to keep my weight down. I sip it during the day and eat an apple with peanut butter or some cheese - then eat a normal meal at night. I got this one time and loved it. Could feel and see the difference in my tummy muffin. I got the other one that doesn't have the acai and didn't feel like it did anything for me, didn't like the taste of it as well either, but maybe it did detox.
