I had a really hard time after having my first child. With a body full of hormones and a head full other people's opinions I became full of uncertainty and doubt which left me feeling, inadequate and stressed out. I vowed the next time would be different. I am newly pregnant and can not be more excited about these beautiful positive affirmation cards to remind me of the beauty in early motherhood and to trust my own body and intuition. I absolutely adore these cards! I take a photo of one or two and text them regularly to my postpartum Doula clients to encourage them. Some of them are general enough to use as uplifting messages for my mama friends too.

Love these affirmation cards so much. I read them to myself over and over to help the affirmations soak in. Definitely useful for the baby blues periods after giving birth!
