Such a great deal
You can't beat this paddle for the price, unibody, thermaformed, and a fast swing weight. Also carbon friction surface, ball responds well to the paddle and great for drives and control. Plus their customer service is top notch!!

First use normal play. Quality issue
Purchased this paddle. I have 2 other Kronos paddles and wanted an open throat paddle. I caught this on a good deal. Since I purchased a few new paddles at once, I left this in the box too long before trying it out. 30 day return deadline passed and during first use of less than hour I noticed the inner rim of open throat cracked. I must have hit a ball at this spot. I had seen previous post of the same problem but assumed they were more power players than I am. As far as other paddle features, I liked the weight grip and feel of paddle. Felt lighter than my other Kronos paddles and liked the way it hit. Less power than the raw Kronos but a nice intermediate beginner paddle. I am within warranty and reached out to their customer support and am expecting a new paddle tomorrow.Further update: within days of notification to customer service I received a new paddle inclusive with the entire package that comes with this paddle. Very impressed with the quick response/turnaround time of this company. I will buy more Amasport paddles. They stand behind their products. This is the fourth one I have ordered and am planning on ordering a few more for Christmas.

Great paddle
The paddle industry is a joke. If you really think paying 200+ is smart idea, you need to do further research. This company is the same maker of 'higher end' recognizable brands. Differently branded and with a few different features, but great quality paddle. The customer service is amazing and responsive, and abide by their warranty. Highly recommend!

Not Durable
I have had this paddle for less than a week, and have put less than 5 hours of game time into it. About half way into my second day of play, I noticed the airway plastic (or whatever material it is) started to chip away. I am a novice-intermediate player, that has less than 5 months of play in their belt, so it is entirely possible that the airway chipped due to bad return placement...but the quality of that airway should be far more durable than this. I will sadly be returning this product, because of this. The paddle, outside this cosmetic (and possible structural) issue, is great. My rallies definitely improved, so I wish it would of lasted.

My favorite paddle.
The media could not be loaded. I love how light the paddle is and yet how much versatility and control I get. Not the most powerful but it makes my game more interesting and easy to land shots where I want. I added extra weight but I removed it since the whole point I chose this paddle is how fast I can move my hands. Not for everyone but it is perfect for me right now.Update Dec 14 2023. I noticed that there are some chips as a result of blocking shots at the net. The paddle has not been dropped or anything like that. I was able to notice the damage right away after the shot. It is sad because I really love everything else about the paddle. Not sure if it is a design flaw or this paddle quality in particular.

Beginner-friendly
Let me preface this with "I'm an absolute beginner". I play tennis (not a beginner) and although I'm no expert, I can tell which (tennis) racquets match the way I like to play. I took this set for a short test run this afternoon and it was good for my level of play. As for the bag, I like the recesses and straps for the balls and rackets so they stay in place. However, I prefer a regular pickleball bag for the looks and extra pocket where I can put my other stuff (like phone & car key) in.

Good for beginners
The paddles are not the best, but they are functional for 4 people who are just learning the game.

How did it crack after using it twice?
AMA fan. Decided to buy another during Prime days. Still have edgeless Immersion 20mm but wanted to try 16mm carbon fiber. Very happy with new paddle in terms of performance, but just put on edge tape and noticed these cracks (see photo). Can't figure how I could have done anything to cause cracks there. Paddle never dropped (though I fully expect it will) and is stored in cushioned case in Pickleball bag when not in use. Is this manufacturer defect? Should I return it for replacement? Has this happened to anyone else? Help? UPDATE: Saw other reviews showing same issue. Hope seller responds to advise what to do. Hate to give up this paddle, but...
