Got it for my geog uni courses just to make it fun for myself. I literally run to this thing while I'm listening to lectures. My only complaint is that I have bad eyes so I really have to use the magnification or a flashlight for reading stuff on it. The light feature is just such a plus as I love thus kind of thing. The weight screams good quality and it's not a flimsy thing. Best part is I plan to use this on my desk once I'm finished with my teaching cert bc I think it will be an awesome tool for middle schoolers to mess around with

Exactly as advertised, light up very brightly, high quality. Be warned though, it does NOT come with the cord to plug it in which is stupid. I have included a picture of the cable you will need for reference. Looks cool not lit up too.

Beautiful globe with clear lettering. Easy to read for my 80-year-old mother. I love the night-light feature and the magnifying glass that comes with it.

It was beautiful World Globe but the letters were too tiny to me. I had to return.

It’s great. I would get another one to gift to a friend. I didn’t check the accuracy bc it looks so good ima assume the map is accurate. See my pics. It’s in an ikea shelf. I wish the cable was in a better spot. There is a switch that operates the light. It is not dimmable. The cable is a usb b type.

Really like this globe. I use it as a night light in the living room, or when I don't want full lighting. It's not a huge globe - so not exceptionally detailed - but good enough to familiarize someone with continents, countries, oceans, etc. I like the antique look and the push button light switch on the cord is perfect easy-on/easy-off.

It looks good and works well so far, but I wasn't expecting it to have Chinese translations as well as the English. The advertised photos don't show additional language translations so it was unexpected.
