High stress instantly eased.
These gummies really help with stress. Highly effective in helping me to relax which is not an easy feat. They taste a bit like a sour gummie but they're not unpleasent. They're easy to swallow but you need to either chew them well or allow enough time for them to disolve on your tongue.

Doesn't help with staying a sleep
I still wake up at night. But I notice that I am able to fall back to sleep better than when I didn't take the magnesium.
