First I got an error message that said “previously used ink cartridges installed”. I restarted the printer and then I got an error message that said “ink cartridges need replaced”. I should’ve listened to the other reviews. Now I have to spend time returning and purchasing from a different seller.

I liked this cartridge for my printer. Better value that the brand name

This combo 2pk 61XL remanufactured INSMAX ink cartridges 1 black 1 color were purchased for HP Deskjet 1010 and Deskjet 1510 printers. Used the black cartridge in the 1010 printer and the color cartridge in the 1510 printer. Inserted in printers without issue and continued to print without any problems. Both printers are used rarely, so it is difficult to gauge if ink prints up to 825 pages as the description states. This remanufactured 2 pack purchase price was $23.99. Would purchase again without hesitation.

I've always bought HP ink for this printer and I cannot tell the difference using this ink!The cartridges came with installation instructions that were helpful as I tend to forget how to install between ink changes given that I have several printers. The shape, size, and color is exactly as the branded ink (see pic showing these cartridges installed in the printed and the empty branded ink cartridge).I decided to print a picture I created for a loved one in 1984 as the first print because of the vibrancy of colors used and the amount of ink needed (as well as maintaining anonymity by not showing a photo that needs to be blurred). The first pic shows the image scanned on the computer screen with the printed version on the left. There was zero streaking or smudging, all colors are as vivid as the original scanned version of my picture, the image printed evenly, and exactly as shown on the computer monitor (I just made the mistake of not fitting the print to size, but that's not the inks fault). Any flaws in the print out are also in the original and I'm impressed by the detail that this ink prints.I don't yet know how many pages the cartridges will yield, but I am VERY happy having found an alternative to branded ink! I'm never going back to branded and will order this ink again.

Just installed the color cartridge in my HP ENVY 4500 printer and tried to print a picture of where a wire is buried in my yard. Picture on the right is using this color cartridge. Tried printer a few other things and the color was way off on all of them. Purchased a new HP 61 color cartridge from HP and it corrected this issue. The picture on the left us using the HP brand cartridge.I would stay away from these "re-manufactured" ones.

I've used "generic/recycled printer inks in the past & they worked pretty well. So I didn't hesitate to try this brand out. As you can see from my pictures, the box looks very similar to a HP brand box, but it's not. This brand works fine with my HP printer, but there was a glitch when I first put the cartridge in. My printer gave me an error message saying "low ink"? This was a new cartridge so I knew it had ink. I read the instructions on the box & it says this might happen. It explains how to override the error code in order to use the ink cartridge. After I did that, it worked. The color/clarity are comparable to the HP ink. I'm happy with the results. The box says these are XXL cartridges so they should last me a long time. I would recommend this ink : )
