Unlike the MIO made with artificial sweeteners — which do, in fact, flavor a 16 oz bottle of water with one (HEALTHY) squirt, this stevia based MIO, much to my great disappointment requires two or three very long squirts to flavor the water enough for you to know there is some flavor.This is not because stevia is used to sweeten it. I use stevia almost exclusively, sometimes mixed with monk fruit. This is because whatever the maker uses for flavor is weak and ineffectual. Who knows, maybe the maker thinks that food coloring equates to flavor. But, it does not.I would have given it a lower rating, but if you use enough, it tastes fine. It is just that if you use enough, one of these little bottles will only make about 2 or 3 bottles of water.

I regularly get Mio Vitamins Orange Tangerine but it's always out of stock everywhere and the price is jacked quadruple on what is available. I've been meaning to check out these naturally sweetened variants and this is the first I've tried from that line. I can honestly say they SKIMPED out on the amount of stevia they used here AND on the flavoring because the most prominent taste here is just food coloring. There is a faint smell of strawberry to it and the dye runs clear and dark red and shaking it leads to tons of foam as if there was soap in the bottle but it settles down pretty quick. Very disappointing here because it just doesn't taste of anything other then food coloring, that vaguely bitter/metallic taste, and whatever smell compounds they added but it's as if sweetener and flavor packets where missing from this batch. I would give it 1 star but to be FAIR it does flavor my water (like food coloring would) so technically it's doing what the product is intended to do >_< just happens to be the flavor is not pleasant unless you enjoy the taste of licking spoons. There is no aroma to it once added to water which if there was would at least give the illusion of taste. Save your money

I was anticipating liking this a lot more than I did. I prefer missing the MIO Strawberry Watermelon with the Orange Tangerine for a better flavor. But it was nice to try, but I don't think I would get it again.

didn't have much taste to it

This tastes disgusting. We buy 10-15 bottles of mio a month and this one is GROSS. The stevia flavor is very prominent and it has red dye 40 which my kids can’t have. Very disappointed.

The flavor is odd, to me. Mio mixed Cherry with Blackberry, good flavor. Orange & Tangerine.. perfect. They even have a Sweet Tea flavor,that's delicious. But this is not for me.
