Does what it suppose to do!
Very lightweight, so if your a jogger or just wanting to workout this might be for you. My job requires NO bluetooth or WiFi so its fulfilling my needs. The programs cheap, the buttons feel cheap, the sound quality is descent, the battery life is amazing! 2 weeks in and after a 10 hour shift Im only missing like 2 bars and thats awesome for whats in it. Its not hard to figure out like some other brands. You put your SD card in and it initializes it immediately on its own, and everytime you unplug it from your computer. Cant delete a song from the player, you'll have to do it from your computer. This isnt for someone who's finicky about organizing ebooks or organizing tracks by albums or artist blah blah blah blah. This is for someone who just wants to load thousands of songs on a card and GO! And I have to admit... The shuffle is probably the best I've ever experienced. It doesnt just repeat the same10 songs over and over and over again. 50 bucks is kinda steep. It really worth about 35 to 40 bucks.

Nice. Volume is very loud. Sound is super clear.
A guy left a review complaining about the lack of volume, that has not been my experience. I'm listening to it right now with some FIIO wired earbuds and my volume is at 9 out of 30. I haven't been past 14 and I like it loud. This thing is way louder than my hifi walker h2. The menus are surprisingly intuitive, other DAPs often make me feel like I'm doing finger yoga every time I want to change a setting. I would like Bluetooth, but then again, I bought a small Bluetooth transmitter and and an external Bluetooth transmitter performs much better than any DAP's built in transmitter. I wish I would have bought this first, the sound is amazing.

Major Flaws - noisy on low impedance headphones, doesn't play songs in order. No playlists.
Updated to latest firmware and still has major flaws after all these years. biggest one is adaptive headphones doesn't follow spec. Sound good on 50Ω and up headphones. 30Ω and below you can hear a slight hiss and volume adjustment is useless. For example on ~25Ω headphones level 3 can hear hiss, 4 is not quite loud enough, maybe 50 dB or so, and then level 5 is too loud. So I'd say use with high impedance headphones only. second is this is only good if you randomly listen to music because it ignores the tags in order and doesn't follow alphabetical order for file names. You can't use your own play lists, and interface to use the 3, that's right, only three built in playlists is time consuming and frustrating.

Does not work with computer
My PC will not even recognize it. For $55, this thing should boot right up. Fully charged and still nothing. Send it back. The $12-30 cheap ones boot right up to PC.

That's how it is
I bought it, and I find it very useful since everything is laid out very simply but in an interesting way. It doesn’t have the ability to show the time or Bluetooth, but I like it. It’s small, perfect for my pocket. It fell twice from a normal height, and everything is still working.

Fun audio player
Fun audio player. Plays hi res audio files. UI leaves a bit to be desired; has a tendency to crash if the audio file is corrupted. Small potatoes though; its a lot of fun.

Misleading specs
I also have the xduoo D3 Nano it supposed to have the exact same specs as this little player 250 mw at 32 ohm This player struggles to keep up with the same IEMs I use with my other one with the exact same specs what a joke This little player struggles with volume Should have sent it back.
