Great product! Why so expensive simply because it’s marketed for cats?
Great product, super simple, cats & dogs love them! Extremely disappointed that you charge so much more simply because you call them cats treats instead of dog treats. It’s the same one ingredient, the same packaging. You charge more because it says cat? I’ll not be purchasing these specific treats(cat) ever again since I can get the SAME freeze dried chicken, the SAME brand, SAME package for almost half the price because they’re “dog” treats

Good, wholesome, and a four-cat solution
Finally something not only my cats really like but something wholesome and good for them. I have four and one was supposedly allergic to chicken and this is the only chicken product she has been able to keep down. Has to be because it is only one single ingredient - freeze dried chicken breast!

Healthy treat
My cat loves these treats! Too bad Amazon delivers them in a bubble envelope because the treats are crushed during shipping

Chicken Breast
I have a multi-cat household (2 indoor seniors, 2 indoor/outdoor). This was my first-time purchase of Vital Essentials Freeze Dried Raw Chicken Breast Cat treats. I offered several pieces along with their regular crunchy treats in a bowl and all of my cats liked it once they got over the sniffing phase and took their first bites. I will purchase again. UPDATE: The second order I placed arrived even fresher than the first and there were less 'crumbly' pieces at the bottom of the bag. My cats appreciate it! They LOVE these things in chicken breast and salmon.

My cats love these treats
My oldest kitty has cancer and I wanted to try different treats for her. I put down a few pieces of these chicken treats. She grabbed one and took off with it to eat in private. She was back a minute later. I picked up the plate I'd put them on to break them up a bit for her and she smacked at my hand demanding I put that plate down! One of my other cats gives it two paws up, too.

After much anticipation, our 5 indoor cats rejected this Vital Essentials Chicken Breast Cat Treats
We have 5 indoor, formerly feral cats that we've captured and adopted (now all are indoor, every spoiled cats). Over the years, we've been treating them with the common variety of cat treats found almost everywhere. However, after reading several scathing articles about the artificial ingredients injected into those treats, we decided to purchase a half dozen different very healthy treat products - to include Vital Essentials Chicken Breast Cat Treats. However, our anticipation was met with a huge bust. After trying to give these treats to our cats, we were surprised to see that none of them liked it. They all first went over and smelled the treats, but then turned their noses up and walked away. I then decided to crumble them up a bit - because most of the morsels were a bit large - but even that didn't work. Just a quick smell, and taste, and again, they all walked away. So I tried for the next week, figuring it would just take time - but it was not to be. All 5 cats rejected the food permanently. Now, here's where it gets interesting. We also feed a half dozen outdoor feral cats on our patio on a daily basis. Then I figured, it won't be a complete waste if I feed those cats these treats. I then tried giving those cats the treats - and now get this - none of the outside feral cats would go near these treats (and they tend to eat anything you give them). In the end, all this talk about healthy, tasty treats meant nothing to both our indoor and outdoor cats - now go figure? So for us - and a warning for others before you buy - this was an expensive waste of money.

The cats really do MEOW for this!!!!
We have 2 indoor only cats and several outdoor/feral cats we are trying to care for. Our indoor cats have medical conditions and sometimes refuse to eat the expensive special food. Sprinkle this on it and WOW!!! The lick the bowls clean~!

Great Single Ingredient Treats
Recently purchased these treats for my cat's 7th birthday. Before we adopted her, she had one of her fangs extracted. I wanted to make sure she wouldn't have any issues eating this, and she has had no problems eating these at all! Doing research online, freeze dried ray food is apparently good for cleaning teeth, but I cant say its too easy to check that. The treats are pretty airy and feel almost like a crouton. There is only one ingredient, which is fantastic for keeping my cat healthy and away from a bunch of unnecessary additives. Thanks for the product!
