Very nice silicone pads
Note: Not yet fitted inside my 2024 XLT Ranger, as those are just starting to be delivered. As soon as I can fit test this I will update the review and remove this line.Overall, I do like this quite a lot - It feels pretty sturdy and seems well formed. The silicone mats in the bottom of the tray are cut very well and fit perfectly. They seem like they'll be very easy to remove and clean.I do wish that the wire pass through hole in the big side of the tray, was moved over into the smaller portion of the tray. A Pixel 8 Pro barely fits into the long side of the tray here; having a charging cord hole that wasn't under this bigger side would help a lot. I'll need a right-angle USB cord regardless, and I'll probably modify this by drilling a hole over to the small side compartment.Not a huge deal though, overall I think this will work great.

Warped on first hot day
Warped on the first hot day and fell down into the center console storage area. Plastic was apparently too thin to hold up to the heat in the truck. Ended up returning.
