Why is this so delicious?! Love the quality and the taste. It’s the warming, inner hug you need!

It tastes pretty good. I add a little honey and soy milk to mine. Seems to help period discomfort pretty well. It’s soothing at least. And there’s NO chamomile! I don’t react well to chamomile, it makes me jittery/edgy. Finding a tea for monthly support without it (but with more than just raspberry leaf in it) was not easy! I hope they keep it free of chamomile.

This tea genuinely provided relief during my period. Granted, my period still sucked, but I did experience less bloating, my period shits (if you know, you know) weren’t as bad, and my cramps didn’t feel as intense (they still hurt but the reduction of bloating did make my cramps easier to deal with). I don’t know if it was just my cycle, but I did notice that my flow was a little lighter this time. Unexpected relief: this helped a LOT the first few days after my IUD insertion. Wow. I’m on the IUD now (2 months) and so I don’t really get a period anymore, but I still cramp from time to time. This tea does help on the days where I have light cramping and spotting from my IUD. In conclusion: pair this tea up with a heating pad and 800mg ibuprofen and your quality of life will noticeably improve during your period. (Also if you’re a witch this tea blend has some awesome herbs in it, ijs).

Update: NOT A FAN OF THE NOTES/SAYINGS ANYMORE!...I still like how the tea taste, it still seems like a comforting tea and the idea of doing mini Messages is great but as I continued to use this tea, the messages/sayings are becoming less interesting, less relatable and less helpful! I think this company might have failed to keep in mind that VERY young girls may use this tea, so messages about pregnancy and babies are very irrelevant to them. I’m an adult but with no kids and don’t plan on having kids so some of these pregnancy/baby messages are irrelevant and unhelpful to me. I understand it mentions for postpartum as well but then it should be positive messages to the mother and only her, the tea is for her not the baby. Maybe something along the lines of “Your body is amazing and strong” 🤷🏽‍♀️. I don’t know, something that a child free woman would still find encouraging as well. I also noticed that some of the messages assumingely depict you as a ticking time bomb! My first one said “would you say that to a friend? Tell your inner voice to hush.” … OK, that’s cute and relatable but then the second one said “Play nice, that’s more fun anyways”. I quickly started feeling like the messages were PUTTING me Or encouraging me to be in a bad mood lol. The bad attitude approach was starting to quickly get old. From seeing other reviews I have a feeling it’s going to get worse, annoying and repetitive 🙄. I don’t mind still getting these teas. It’s affordable, tasty and seems to give me a sense of chill and relaxation but this company needs to rethink their messages. I REALLY like this tea I bought the “Periodic Tea”, specifically for my period cramps. I’ve been wanting to take a more natural approach to dealing with my menstrual cramps rather than taking pain medicine. Now I must say, this months period cramps has oddly been bearable even before drinking the tea which is VERY uncommon. Most times I feel like I’m dying. I still gave the tea a try and it knocked out the dull pain I did have. I’m eager to see how it will work on a period month that is painfully intense, like it usually is. The taste is bearable without sugar but considering I was on my cycle I wanted sugar for a even better taste😄. Something I didn’t expect, I don’t know if I just overlooked it in its description but the tea string ends hold little sayings, my very first tea bag said “would you say that to a friend? Tell you inner voice to hush.” It made me laugh. I wish I got that saying on another day I actually needed it cause I was in a pretty good mood when I read that. So it was a cute surprise and touch to this brand of tea. Please don’t go out of stock cause I’ll be a returning customer. Love it.

I purchased this after reading a review for it on a health and wellness blog. The author said she experienced a myriad of benefits when she started consuming this the week before her moon time (faster hair and nail growth was one). I have to agree with her...I am working on balancing my hormones after being on hormonal birth control so anything that helps make moon time a little easier in any way is important to me. I try and start taking it the week before and continue until my cycle finishes. It has a wonderful cinnamon flavor so it is really lovely to drink. If you are not a fan of cinnamon than this is not something you will probably enjoy at all. I can't get enough of it so I really look forward to each cup I have. I usually drink one cup a day but when I feel like I need a little extra nourishment I'll steep a couple more bags throughout the day. I usually have terrible cramps the first few days but when I am drinking this tea is lessens the discomfort. I don't take midol/pamprin/advil and just rely on the tea and warm compresses for relief. Really a great product - I highly recommend this tea and have already repurchased my second box.

I have had to take t3s an live on goody powders for server cramps the kind you can't breath threw toppled over in pain have to wear depends amount of clots. I only expected mild 15 mins of anything honestly since that is all my pills do. However 2 cups a day and im now able to wear and I kid not those cheap dollar pantry liners with no pain what so ever. I mix 16oz bottle water microwave 6 mina 8oz with tea bag an pour coffee creamer in to cool it off a bit. It taste amazing. I started with the power being out 16 blooming hour's. No way to make tea so I opened the package an ate it. And drank water I swear It is even better relief. No water weight bloat I think I lost a few pounds even. 2020 review from one happy mom!

This tea tastes good with a bit of sweetener. I did not notice any change in my PMS symptoms. I’ve been using it for about 2 months now. I still have to take ibuprofen for cramping.
